Warranty

Warranty:

We guarantee all First Rate Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Some of our Stun Guns are offered with a manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty (limited). It is defined as follows: rechargeable batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and taer, damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, moisture, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit not according to the instructions listed in the manual (which comes with each unit). Tampering with and/or opening the unit, or the use of unauthorized replacement parts unless by an Authorized Dealer will void the warranty.
