Notice of Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of our products, and in particular pepper spray and stun gun products. Absolutely no sales of pepper spray or stun guns to anyone under 18. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that pepper spray, stun guns, and any other products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age. By placing an order, international buyers agree that customs rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in their country are the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security.
