Shipping:

Orders are usually shipped with UPS or USPS. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number sent to the email you provided.

Sometimes, an additional charge beyond the flat rates shown below is required based on your package’s weight and destination. In such cases, we will promptly ask for your approval before we process the order.

If you require expedited shipping or you have a strict date to meet please tell us when your order is placed. You can either write it in the Comments section at Checkout or call us at 904 738 1860. We will respond quickly.

Over $100 Shipping is FREE -- Please read the exception below:
Ground Shipping is free for orders over $100 shipped within the United States UNLESS otherwise noted or communicated to you upon receipt of your order. If an additional charge applies it will depend on your order's total weight and destination.

Wholesale orders which are generally considered 5 or more of the same item may be subject to an additional charge for Shipping and Handling based on weight and destination. We will confirm this with you before we process your order.

International orders: Due to the nature of international shipping specific rates will be calculated for your order upon receiving your exact address. We will confirm this with you before we process your order.
Promotion plans do not apply to overseas orders unless clearly stated.
Please confirm that merchandise ordered is allowable in the country you are importing to. If you are in question as to whether an item is allowed please confirm with your proper authorities before placing your order.

International shipments of Stun Guns:

Any stun gun exported from the US requires an Export License. Applying for a license does not guarantee being awarded one. We are certified by the US Department of Commerce to apply for such licenses on your behalf. Buyers are responsible for adhering to all laws and regulations pertaining to the ownership and use of stun guns. When in doubt, ask your local authorities, prior to placing an order.

By placing an order, international buyers agree that customs rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in their country are the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security.

Pepper Spray Laws

States with Restrictions:

New York, Massachusettes -- no shipments to these states.

States with some Restrictions:

Michigan:
Only models that are 10% OC or less are allowed. See Fox Labs, MI approved models by Mace, and Pepper Shot units on our site

Wisconsin:
Tear gas is not permissible. By regulation, OC products with a maximum OC concentration of 10% and weight range of oleoresin of capsicum and inert ingredients of 15-60 grams are authorized. This is 1/2 oz. and 2 oz. spray. Further, the product cannot be camouflaged, and must have a safety feature designed to prevent accidental discharge. The units may not have an effective range of over 20 feet and must have an effective range of six feet. In addition there are certain labeling and packaging requirements: must state cannot sell to anyone under 18 and the phone number of the manufacturer has to be on the label. The units must also be sold in sealed tamper-proof packages.

General:

Pepper Spray can only be shipped via Ground.

Buyer represents that he or she is 18 and of legal age. Pepper Spray is legal in all 50 states; however, some states and cities have restrictions. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to comply with all pertinent and local laws about Pepper Spray.

Return/Exchange Policy:

We strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices along with superior customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product we will refund your payment or replace your item. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by First Rate Security BEFORE any products are returned. We require that you obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) prior to sending the product back.

We offer a 30 Day Money back guarantee on all products with the exception of our Hidden Cameras/Spy Cameras/Surveillance Equipment.

REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM First Rate Security WITHIN A TEN (10) DAY PERIOD AFTER THE CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT(S).

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Merchandise returned for refund after 30 days will incur a 25% restocking fee.

This policy was implemented as a result of prior misuses in the industry. A few unscrupulous people have ordered products for specific short term use and then returned the products in a condition that would not allow the products to be resold. Return Policy for Hidden and Spy Cameras/Surveillance Equipment/GPS Trackers:

All our hidden and spy cameras, surveillance equipment, and GPS Trackers are customized to a customer's specifications are NOT subject to cancellations**. Returns will be accepted for products damaged in shipping to the customer or received defective by the customer. All returns must be authorized by First Rate Security before the product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. First Rate Security will repair, replace, or refund your account for returned product(s) at our discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without authorizations from First Rate Security.

** Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by First Rate Security. Such requests are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be received by First Rate Security WITHIN FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S).

Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Warranty:

We guarantee all First Rate Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

Some of our Stun Guns are offered with a manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty (limited). It is defined as follows: rechargeable batteries are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care, moisture, the affixing of any attachment not provided with the product, loss of parts, or recharging the unit not according to the instructions listed in the manual (which comes with each unit). Tampering with and/or opening the unit, or the use of unauthorized replacement parts unless by an Authorized Dealer will void the warranty.

Replacement items under such Lifetime Warranty (limited) may be subject to a pro-rated charge based on duration of use by the customer, and at the discretion of First Rate Security, Inc.

Buyer Notice of Responsibility:

It is the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of our products, and in particular but not limited to stun guns, pepper spray, surveillance products, and GPS trackers. Absolutely no sales of stun guns or pepper spray or surveillance to anyone under 18. By placing an order, the Buyer represents that stun guns, pepper spray, surveillance, and any other products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age. By placing an order, international buyers agree that customs rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in their country are the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security.
