Return/Exchange Policy:
We strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices along with superior customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product we will refund your payment or replace your item. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved by First Rate Security BEFORE any products are returned. We require that you obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) prior to sending the product back.

Return Policy for Hidden Cameras/Spy Cameras/Surveillance Equipment:
All our hidden cameras, spy camera systems, and surveillance equipment which are customized to a customer's specifications are NOT subject to cancellations**. Returns will be accepted for products damaged in shipping to the customer. All returns must be authorized by First Rate Security before the product(s) is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. First Rate Security will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at our discretion. NO refunds will be given for products returned without authorizations from First Rate Security.
** Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by First Rate Security. Such requests are subject to a 25% restocking charge and must be received by First Rate Security WITHIN FIVE (5) DAY PERIOD AFTER RECEIPT OF PRODUCT(S).

Warranty:
We guarantee all First Rate Security products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace or repair the product(s) at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security to ascertain and obey all applicable laws in regard to the possession and use of our products, and in particular pepper spray and stun gun products. Absolutely no sales of pepper spray or stun guns to anyone under 18. By placing an order, the buyer represents that pepper spray and stun gun products purchased will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of legal age. By placing an order, international buyers agree that customs rules, clearance and any expropriation actions in their country are the responsibility of the Buyer and not First Rate Security.
